Ryuu Traditional WIP

So heres a colored version of the previous pic :3
I made his scales more blue than before, i think they looked more purple before lol
Anywho, I'm def not done! Theres something i wanna do with this pic (well two things, but theyre a surprise!!)
IDK how long itll take...... so please be patient xD

If you look closely you will see that, yes, Ryuu does have a tongue piercing ;3
